ISB Riffa campus students celebrate Republic Day

The Indian School Riffa campus students celebrated the 73rd Republic Day of India with great fervour. Students and teachers from LKG to class 3 celebrated the event on Teams on 25th January, 2022. Teachers had announced the ‘tri-colour’ day well in advance and children conceived the true spirit of the same. Huge responses poured in the form of drawings, placards, and posters all depicting patriotism in the minds of budding tots. The highlight of the day was the virtual class assembly in which students of all the classes participated with great enthusiasm. Children as well as teachers dressed up in ‘tri-colour’ during the assembly. Many children came up with thoughtful speeches on the Republic Day. Patriotic poems were presented. Graceful dance performances were also presented along with the tunes of heart-warming patriotic songs. In fact, the class assemblies were splendid shows which would be a memorable experience for the little ones. Students made sketches of their favourite leaders who led the country to the glorious day of 26th January 1950.
